Hotel rural

Consultancy, as it is currently conceived, requires interdisciplinary teams capable of analysing the different aspects that set up land reality:  urban, economic, social, environmental, and many others.

It is necessary that policies regulating economic activities such as tourism, agriculture or industry consider the relationship between these activities and society, the environment and the territory. For this reason, our team gathers technicians with broad experience on economy and ecology, land planning, development, engineering and urban design, capable of developing effective and balanced solutions.

The diversity of situations and problems specific for each area requires particular activities and integrated services on institutional, instrumental and financial aspects based on efficiency and profitability criteria.

Therefore, we consider sustainable development and strategic planning as suitable tools for opening new paths of socioeconomic development and structural change  to drive us to the best practices for resource management.

In this sense, we develop the following activities:

  • Strategic planning and Agenda 21
  • Redaction of local development plans and programs.
  • Natural Resource Management Plans
  • Alternative connectivity and accesibility plans (green trails, livestock trails, etc.)
  • Ecotourism and rural tourism
  • Socioeconomic studies
  • Feasibility studies at local and regional scale.
  • Strategic Environmental Assessment of public works
  • Indicator development systems
